Individual Preparation for the Birth / Personal Birth Plan

 

Do you want to prepare for your birth personally and individually, independent of an institution?


I take my time to prepare you and your partner for the birth in a birth preparation talk tailored to your needs. If desired, we can work together on your birth wish list. I will show you what options you have regarding the choice of birth location, the type of birth, the process during and after the birth, etc.

I also like to involve the men or your female partner in the preparation process, so that you can experience the birth strengthened together.


CHF 100.00 per hour


 


Appointments are contractually and fee binding. Please see my Terms and Conditions (in German only).


Additional Out of Pocket Expenses:

  • for travel costs between Mühlau and your home I charge additionally CHF 0.80/km
  • parking fee according to receipt
  • gift certificates (amount at your choice)


What a Doula doesn't do:

  • I won’t carry out any medical or physical examinations and treatments.
  • I will neither make decisions of any kind for you nor will I speak directly to the clinical staff (doctor or midwife) regarding any medical issues you face.
